The 1208-acre Lincoln Park can be found along the lakefront of Chicago, the one which faces Lake Michigan. The park is the largest public park in the state and was named after Abraham Lincoln. Lincoln Park stretches for seven miles and contains parklands, beaches, recreational areas, nature reserves and harbors.

Lincoln Park is not your usual park as it contains several attractions that will provide fun and entertainment for visitors of all ages. The park is where the Lincoln Park Zoo, Lincoln Park Conservatory, Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool, Peffy Notebaert Nature Museum and the Chicago History Museum are located. The park is also home to several facilities and recreational areas including 15 baseball fields, soccer fields, six basketball courts, 35 tennis courts, field houses, a golf course, 163 volleyball courts and even beaches. The 18-mile Chicago Lakefront Trail, or LFT, also runs through Lincoln Park and is frequented by cyclists and joggers.
